These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in The Discernment Room Affiliate Program operated by Renee Booe Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By sharing your affiliate link or participating in the Discernment Room Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
Participation in the Discernment Room Affiliate Program is open to individuals who:
• are at least 18 years old
• have a valid payment method to receive affiliate payouts
• agree to promote the Discernment Room honestly and ethically
• remain active members of the Discernment Room community
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny affiliate participation at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent participants and not employees, partners, or agents of the Company.
Participation in the affiliate program does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Affiliate Links
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link through the Discernment Room platform.
This link allows the Company to track referrals and attribute commissions to the appropriate affiliate.
Commissions will only be credited for purchases made through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
The Company is not responsible for tracking errors caused by:
• incorrect links
• modified links
• third-party tracking interruptions
• cookies being blocked or deleted
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn:
30% recurring commission on membership payments made by individuals who join the Discernment Room using the affiliate’s unique link.
Recurring commissions continue for as long as the referred member remains an active paying member and the affiliate remains an active member.
Commission eligibility ends if:
• the referred member cancels their membership
• the affiliate cancels their membership
• the membership payment fails or is refunded
5. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are paid through the platform designated by the Company (such as Stripe, Skool, or another approved payment system).
Payments may be subject to:
• minimum payout thresholds
• payment processing verification
• standard payout delays required by payment processors
The Company reserves the right to delay payment if fraud, disputes, or suspicious activity is detected.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
If a referred member’s payment is:
• refunded
• disputed
• charged back
the associated affiliate commission will be reversed or withheld.
Affiliates will not receive commissions on refunded transactions.
7. Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates must promote the Discernment Room honestly and based on genuine experience.
Affiliates may not:
• make false or misleading claims
• promise guaranteed results
• misrepresent the Company or its services
• use spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• impersonate the Company or represent themselves as employees
Promotion must reflect the actual purpose of the Discernment Room, which is a coaching and community program designed to support personal clarity and decision-making.
8. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
This means clearly disclosing that you may receive compensation for referrals.
Example disclosure:
“I may receive a commission if you join through my link.”
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships may result in removal from the affiliate program.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may reference the Discernment Room name, description, and publicly available materials for promotional purposes.
Affiliates may not:
• modify or misrepresent official materials
• create misleading branding
• present themselves as the owner of the program
All intellectual property related to the Discernment Room remains the property of Renee Booe Coaching LLC.
