This website and any digital products, coaching programs, or services offered through it are owned and operated by Renee Booe Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any offer, registering for a masterclass, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in any offer.

2. Nature of Coaching & Trainings

Renee Booe provides faith-based, neuroscience-informed coaching, teaching, and personal development resources. All programs—including live trainings, masterclasses, group or 1:1 coaching, and digital content—are for educational and informational purposes only.

Results are not guaranteed. While we offer tools, strategies, and support that have helped many clients create powerful transformations, your individual success depends on many factors—including your commitment, follow-through, mindset, and personal circumstances.

You understand that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional help.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of coaching, live events, and digital access to trainings, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We believe in the value of what we offer—and expect clients to take personal responsibility for showing up and doing the work. Please purchase mindfully.

4. Intellectual Property

All content shared through this website, masterclasses, courses, programs, or coaching—including videos, PDFs, worksheets, tools, and proprietary frameworks—is the exclusive property of Renee Booe Coaching LLC and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without express written consent.

You receive limited, non-transferable access for your personal use only.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees as listed at checkout. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you choose to stop participating. Failed payments may result in removal from the program or restricted access to services until payment is resolved.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, income, or transformation. Any testimonials or examples shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not promises of what you will experience.

7. Confidentiality & Conduct

We value creating a safe and respectful community. Anything shared by you or others during coaching sessions or inside group spaces is to be kept confidential by all participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page and become effective immediately upon posting.

10. Free Masterclasses and Events

From time to time, we offer free masterclasses, workshops, or trainings as a service to our community. Registration does not guarantee access to future recordings or lifetime access to materials.

Unless otherwise stated:

Free masterclasses will be streamed live in a private Facebook group.
No replay or recording will be available for General Admission ticket holders.
Access to the replay or bonus trainings may be available through a paid VIP upgrade only.

We reserve the right to change the platform, time, or format as needed.

11. Consent to Recording and Use

By registering for and participating in any live event, coaching call, training, or masterclass hosted by Renee Booe Coaching LLC (including but not limited to From Stuck to Activated, group programs, and VIP experiences), you acknowledge and agree that:

The event may be recorded via video and/or audio.
Your voice, image, name, and/or written contributions (such as chat comments or Q&A participation) may be captured during the session.
Renee Booe Coaching LLC reserves the right to use these recordings, in part or in full, for business purposes including but not limited to marketing, promotions, training, testimonials, or inclusion in future products or programs (free or paid).

By participating, you grant permission for your likeness and contributions to be used without compensation, notification, or additional consent, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
